IF YOU WANT TO GO AHEAD AND MAKE IT OFFICIAL, I'LL GIVE YOU THE FINAL QUOTE AND A CONTRACT. I WILL OFFICIALLY SECURE YOUR WEDDING DATE AFTER I GET THE SIGNED CONTRACT AND THE 30% PAYMENT. THE FINAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING.
2. Before the big day + on the day
I SEND OUT SURVEYS TO GET TO KNOW MY COUPLES BEFOREHAND. FOLLOWING THAT, WE'LL ARRANGE A MEETING VIA GOOGLE MEET OR IN PERSON (FOR A LEKKER KOFFIE) TO GO OVER THE FINER DETAILS.
3. Delivery
AFTER THE WEDDING, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SNEAK PEEK PREVIEW ONLINE GALLERY 7- 5 DAYS (DEPENDING ON YOUR PACKAGE). THE FULL WEDDING GALLERY USB DELIVERY BOX WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 10 WEEKS. (DEPENDING ON YOUR PACKAGE).

Additional Information
For weddings, final galleries are delivered within 6 weeks. Engagements and proposals are delivered within 2 weeks, and lifestyle sessions within 2 weeks. Please note that raw or unedited photos are not available, as significant time and effort goes into the editing process. All images will be delivered via a secure online gallery or on a USB drive for your convenience.
Travel
I love to travel for sessions, and no location is too far within a 30 km radius of Gauteng, which is included in the package price. For locations beyond 30 km, travel is charged at R10 per kilometre according to AA rates and will be added to the final payment. If the session location is 2–3 hours away, please budget for one night’s accommodation for my second shooter and me. For locations 4–5 hours away, please budget for two flights, two nights’ accommodation, and a rental car.
Venue Visits
I am happy to visit your selected wedding venue before the big day, although this is not required, as there is generally enough time to scout the venue for photo opportunities. Please note that plans can change unexpectedly, and we may sometimes not shoot at locations explored months in advance due to scheduling or weather considerations, particularly for lifestyle sessions.
Bookings
For weddings, I recommend booking 8–12 months in advance to secure your preferred date. Engagement sessions should be scheduled 1–2 months before the wedding, while lifestyle sessions can be booked at least 2 weeks ahead of time.
